"6 dollars for an energy drink is too much. But also, no coffee pot in the room is upsetting. The hotel is nice but it's missing things that are a big deal. Not only was the energy drink six dollars but it was smaller than normal. So I feel cheated and that's the kind of thing that makes a heavy traveler not stay at this hotel again. I want consistency and coffee in the morning is important. You're losing more than what you think you're saving. Just saying."

"Had a fantastic stay close to everything that I needed was visiting family and it was a mile away from their house. Also, when we got tired of eating out, it was able to cook or make a little steak on her own and we also met great friendships with others that were staying in the hotel and had an awesome time not to mention the breakfast was great in the mornings. Of course the weather was hot as Texas, but the pool did help in the afternoon evening. We hung out by the pool got some sun met....

"Our room smelled. I sprayed perfume and had the cleaning lady spray her freshner all around but it still smelled. I dont know if it was the carpet or the air conditioner. But the smell would not go away. And we were there 7 days. We didn’t want to move rooms, it would just have been too hard."

Chegamos as 17:00 e o quarto não estava disponível, aguardamos mais de meia hora para o check in em quarto precariamente limpo, havia cabelos pelo chão e não aceitaram devolver o dinheiro para procurarmos outro hotel. No dia seguinte, mesmo pedindo três vezes, desde o período da manhã, não limparam o quarto nem trocaram as toalhas. Atendimento péssimo, funcionários sem disposição para atender. Havia outros hóspedes reclamando e nada foi feito. "

"Major issue with bathroom cleaning specially the toilet was really bad. There were small bugs flying around in the toilet bowl that ruined the whole experience."
