GINGERBREAD: Single-story Farmhouse, 3 bedroom (K, Q, 2-Twins), 2 bathrooms. Immaculately-kept and located on 9 private acres in Sugar Grove just off Hwy 321 and only 15 mins to Boone. Because this cabin rental is not located on the main farm, Gingerbread tends to be our best "bang for the buck" and with only a short 5-min drive to the farm (2.3 miles), come and go as you please! Your own privacy and private acreage, but still with full access to our popular farm! Families with little ones LOVE being able to leave the farm to "slow their kids down" and separate "farm life from sleepy time."



Farm Location: Sugar Grove, NC: (20-25 mins to Boone)

— 3 mi or 5 mins: Dutch Creek Horse Trail, Watauga River & Trash Can Falls (swimming hole);

— 5 mi or 10 mins: Cove Creek Store/Grill (made-to-order sandies or missed basic groceries);

— 8 mi or 15 mins: Mast General Store & Valle Crucis;

— 10 mi or 20 mins: Downtown Boone, Banner Elk Winery, Over Yonder Restaurant & Watauga Lake;

— 15+ mi or 25-30 mins: Hawsknest Tubing / Ziplines, Sugar Mountain Skiing & Boone Golf;

— 17-20 mi or 30-40 mins: Tweetsie Railroad, Blowing Rock, App Ski Mtn, Moses Cone & Tanger Outlets & Gamekeeper Restaurant;

FARM/CABIN RULES:

— Dog Friendly. $50 Fee. One Dog Max. 45 Pounds Max. If you have a larger or more dogs, please inquire before booking.

— Max 6 guests

— No Extra Visitors Allowed to visit the Farm other than approved guests staying in the cabin.

— No Holiday Day Arrivals or Departures.

— Bring veggies if you want to feed the animals (no corn or sweet feed allowed).

— Winter Access: Relatively steep driveway up to the Barn that will require 4x4 in the winter months when snow or ice is present. Please come prepared. No major inclines to and from town.
