"We stayed a couple of yrs before and it was dirty needed decorating carpets etc but gave it another go this time and was pleasantly surprised . Smelt fresh everywhere new decor , carpets our family seaview room was big and lovely . Only thing we could say was windows need cleaning but overall great"

"Great location of the property, near the beach. A steep walk back from the beach unless you walk into Filey. Lovely comfortable flat, super comfy bed. Great bathroom/shower. Everything you would need for your holiday. It was lacking instructions for using coffee machine, & dishwasher etc. due to all information being online."

"This is a lovely hotel full of character. Yes it looks a little scruffy on the outside but the inside is good. Every member of staff was pleasant & helpful especially on the front desk for checking in & out. "Our stay at the the bay was just what we needed,the apartment had every that we could possibly need and more welcome package was much appreciated, weather was lovely walk was good. The pub on site bit pricey but really nice to sit out. Would defiantly recommend and would book again for same apartment."
