"Staff were excellent! Every employee we interacted with was great. From check-in, pool attendants, cleaning staff and restaurant staff. We chose the Sheraton Flowood for the pool and lazy river. We where a little disappointed. We are from the Austin, Texas area and have stayed at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa several times. We thought that the Flowood would have a similar layout. It does not. The lazy river pool are very small. Also different sized tubes would be a very good idea....

"The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The parking lot was full of people just hanging around playing loud music and there was someone in the parking lot just screaming. So not great. There is no breakfast bar and there is no complementary coffee. I'm usually impressed with courtyard Marriott but this was just average"

"My only negative feedback is that there was not many options for breakfast. I have celiac, and the only thing I could eat was yogurt and fruit. The bananas were very ripe. I don’t expect much from hotel breakfasts but it would be nice to have a few more options."
