"Diamond inn the rough! Our room, the Palms was beautifully designed and decorated. Peaceful place that makes you feel your in a small Italian oasis. Really nice springs. We are coming back often."

"This is the second time I've stayed at the Pelican Spa. The first time was excellent. This second time was so disappointing that I won't be staying here again. I was put into the off-site annex, which is 1/2 mile away from the Pelican Spa. This made soaking at the spa inconvenient. The room was decorated nicely with some good amenities but the TV didn't work. There was no coffee for the coffee maker. The fold out couch bed was filthy and unusable. There was no bedding for the couch bed...

"Older rooms, but functional. Creaky bathtub. Had to kill about 20 flys in the room! A handful in the window sill itself. This is why 2 stars overall."

"I stayed with my family. Over night because my son and daughter in law went to concert. So we stayed there. The hotel was so quiet specially for a Saturday night. The room where so clean. The bed was so comfy as soon as I layed down I was out. And then breakfast this morning was great. We usually don't do hotel breakfast we go and get it somewhere else. But it was filling and amazing"

"King bed was great"

"I love how pet friendly the hotel and staff were. The pool was great and breakfast was decent. This is our 3rd stay and it gets better every time."

"Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. Gas station across the street with both gas and diesel. They also have a seasonal bar and nightly dinner. The lady working in the breakfast room was friendly and helpful"

"Stayed a night, traveling with a friend - loved the option of 2 queen-size beds. Enjoyed comfy beds w/ multiple pillows, nice easy to walk-in shower, quiet room, and some tv viewing. Great location in the middle of everything we wanted to see & do in Silver City!"

"I had a bad experience checking in on day 1. New staff was not aware of system and could not get us checked in. Also, I paid through 3rd party app but was charged twice. Was a mess to make it right."

"Very comfortable and clean room. Check in and out was a breeze and the staff was great!"
