"Very nice stay. It has a family feel in ownership, very kind. Room was clean, good amenities, nice extras like a group sitting area with a gas fire pit. Sits on a creek, need to get close to the bank for a view but it is literally about 20 feet from the social area. Close walk to Main St. and to restaurants on 7th, both within a 100 foot walk. Ok, me and the missus just discussed what was wrong (I hate all one sided reviews), so hear it goes. A couple of loungers or ADK chairs on the slope...
"Apesar de ser um hotel considerado 5 estrelas, tivemos alguns problemas. Primeiramente a água quente deixou de funcionar por 2 dias, o que é péssimo em uma estação de esqui. Além disso, o serviço de quarto deixou muito a desejar, com a cama desarrumada por mais de uma vez.

Despite the long email detailing the challenges people face reaching the property and struggling with oxygen; we found the property perfectly accessible with a normal car (not a 4x4) and there were no issues with altitude sickness or air pressure. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beaumont. The staff were thoughtful and pleasant. The rooms were clean and not lit too brightly. The coffee shop was a delight and the cranberry muffins were something to look forward to each morning."
"Tons of charm and great character. The room was comfortable and clean. The spa downstairs is really wonderful and the sauna was like new and got nice and hot. Much needed after a hard day of hiking. The bar and restaurant were good and the outdoor patio with heaters was great for unwinding and watching the sunset and mountains. Best of all was the staff. If there was any form of management, this place could be really nice One morning we went to the café for breakfast only to see one extremely lonely, sad danish in their display case. We asked the worker about other breakfast options and she said we would be much better off to go into town. When we told her we ate in town yesterday and wanted to eat on property today she suggested another place...
