"Ficamos 5 dias no hotel e só temos elogios: atendimento gentil, muito educados, quarto confortável, muito limpo, cama e banho excelentes. O tamanho do quarto também é perfeito e a localização muito prática, já que facilitou muito nosso deslocamento. Tem um ótimo café da manhã, com frutas todas os dias e pratos quentes saborosos ( cardápio mudou todos os dias que passamos lá ) além de wafles, sucos, iorgutes e pães variados. Nossa estadia foi perfeita e quando voltarmos a Vancouver certamente...

"The front staff was great, the beds seemed smaller than other queens, the room felt cramped, mostly recommended for a quick stay not for many days, especially with children simply because it isn't too spacious. Overall well-maintained, quiet, and friendly staff. Kids enjoyed the complimentary breakfast a lot."

"The front desk people are amazing! I had lots of packages sent it they took care of them very carefully. Besides that the rooms are quite big, big beds. I wish the bath tube would be bigger."

"The hotel is in a convenient location just off I-5. The room was clean and comfortable. The check in process was absolutely terrible. There was no one at the front desk when I arrived. There were multiple other people waiting to check in too. I asked nearby staff if they could send someone up to the front desk and after waiting quite a long time a girl came to the desk and made excuses for not being up front. They should really just have a self check in kiosk if they don’t want to keep someone...

"Didn't change bedding or towels. Someone left our room door open all day. When we for back the second night we stayed, the door next to our door was open, when it hadn't been open when we left. Kind of creepy. "
