"The hotel is over 100yrs old. I loved the idea of the history of the Inn. We were on the third floor( with no lift but we knew that coming in) with a nice view of the fish pond in the back yard. This made a nice hub while visiting the park. They had wifi, cable tv and dvd player with several dvds to view in the parlor area. I really enjoyed sitting by the pond at night and watching the fish. "Fantastic experience here! One of the best places we’ve ever stayed anywhere, anytime. We were in the Mt. St. Helen’s cabin and it was wonderful! Fireplace, jacuzzi in the room, outside swing, beautiful and comfortable bed, wine and espresso. Gorgeous landscaping and beautiful grounds. The breakfasts each morning were delicious- we did both in room and in lodge and loved both experiences. "We stayed in the Roselea’s Suite, it was very cute and vintage. The bed was comfortable and I loved the creaking floors, the whole vibe reminded me of grandma’s house. The owners were quick to take care of us when we needed them and I loved how convenient the location was. The room is above the restaurant so if the windows are closed and the air is on, we can’t hear it and the aroma isn’t overpowering. Next time we’ll bring swim suits, we didn’t know the hot tub was so close!"
