Nowhere does it mention there are 18 steep steps to entry. The apt building is surrounded by a huge green construction dumpster, a church located in a modular house and active...

"The location of this condo was great… close to the clubhouse for my husband and close to the pool house for me and my sons. We enjoyed taking a walk each evening at sunset. The home was very clean. The view from the back porch was amazing. This place was a great find and we hope to return again soon!"

"This was our second trip to Smith Mountain Lake and our first stay at this condo. Having access to all of Mariner’s Landing amenities was great and super convenient. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 5 as the three boys could share the second bedroom with the three beds. My wife loved the kitchen and how well stocked it was with dishes and utensils. Overall, this was a great experience and we would definitely stay again!"
