"The space was clean and tidy and the location was convenient and unique between Zion and Bryce Canyon national parks. The listing was accurate, it just turned out not to be a great place for a senior-aged couple having to climb over each other to use the bathroom at night (which I didn't think to consider when I booked).The hot water tank is too small to take two warm showers back to back, and we didn't care for the exposed screws in the metal shower. "We really enjoyed our stay at the ranch. Rhonda was very friendly and accommodating for our group of mixed adults and young adults. The chickens, horses, and goats were amazing, and we even got to see some chicks being raised, which was a special experience. We would definitely rebook in the future. There’s so much to do in Southern Utah that we’ll have to come back soon to experience everything we missed!"

"This house was a great and unique place to stay for my family. It felt like a combination of petting zoo, hobby farm, and orchard. It's not for everyone, but if you like that type of environment, you will likely love this house. The house is a duplex with the hosts living in the lower level. They were welcoming and hospitable, but not intrusive in any way. "
