"The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that "

"The whole place was just beautiful and clean. And its really affordable compared to other hotels in the city. Be careful with the parking though look for signs that says no parking if you have a car. But over all 10.out of 10."

"We had an amazing stay! Can’t say enough about the beautiful view and location. Watched the sunset over the marina from the HUGE front window after a five minute walk to town for dinner. Lot’s of restaurant choices. This little gem has tons of charm, an outside, sitting area, an exercise bike and weights, lots of amenities! "My wife and I wanted the opportunity to visit the new waterfront park, and this condo is in a perfect location. It’s also very close to the vibrant Queen Anne scene with all its restaurants and shopping. The unit checks all the basic boxes, and is quite functional. We especially appreciated the use of a parking permit which allowed us to park just a block away and ignore Seattle’s indecipherable parking regulations."
