"This hotel was booked by my elderly mother in error (we were in Tobermory, Scotland and booked in Tobermory, Canada). We were stranded on an island with limited electricity during a storm and needed a place to sleep that same night. Within 30 minutes we noticed the mistake and notified the hotel. After several hours of calls and emails we were told that a 7 day cancellation policy applies and that we would lose all of the money. "Penny's Motel was an awesome stay for me and my friends. The staff was lovely, food was great, rooms were clean and cozy but spacious at the same time. Check in and checkout was effortless, and help for anything was easily accessible.
