Fairly priced. Cons: extremely uncomfortable mattress which was also very squeaky. The unit is run down and needs some up keeping. You can hear every single foot step from the units above, parking seemed impossible. Also the condo was placed on the side of the mountain that closes at 4, we didn’t know...
