"We never got to stay because no one gave us the access code. Communicating with the property manager was terrible. Check in was at 4pm but they never sent the entry email. It was our 20th anniversary and we had to get a hotel in Order to have a place to stay. The property was beautiful and we would have loved to stay in the unit we paid for. The property manager finally gave us a refund but that didn't help our vacation plans. Manager didn't seem to care that our plans were ruined. Will not be...

"When we arrived, after finally finding the place.The room appeared to be clean. We walked in, discovered there was no television. Gave us pause. Then we used the bathroom, and discovered the trash had not been emptied from the previous guest. And additionally there was a used condom visible in the trash. Which gave us more pause, had the sheets and bedding been changed or cleaned? We did not stay. We opted not to. "
