"The property was tired, run down and looked nothing like pictures. The kitchen was dirty and poorly equipped. We spent an hour cleaning the kitchen to make it usable. There were cockroaches in kitchen in large numbers. All the original appliances were broken although a small oven, microwave and hob top were available. No instructions for these were available.
