Modern & vintage decor. Each bedroom has a closet, dresser, nightstand & desk.

We are not a wheelchair friendly home. We are a dog paradise!

Our third sleeping area is a non-enclosed area you walk through to bedrooms.

The space
A super fun and clean, newly remodeled basement 2 (Airbnb calls it a 3 BR) BR apartment / suite area with full kitchen, bath and two family room areas, one with two beds that we consider an open third bedroom, is quite comfy.
Our basement Sleeps 9 on one king bed, one queen, one full, daybed for 2 and a couch.
We allows pets and have an outdoor small 10x10 dog pen also available.

Enjoy our entire living areas of basement 1450 sf approx, 2 televisions, outdoor dining table with seating/gas grill/firepit on your private patio at the basement north side / lower entry. Free spacious parking for 3 vehicles on our upper level entry area. Also feel free to walk and explore our back pond and big yard. Two fire pit areas, one is out back and overlooks pond.
Other things to note
We are 6 blocks walking distance to day shopping and evening drinking spots on 4th St. 15-20 min drive to Holiday World.

We are a non-smoking home, if you smoke in our home it is a $500 cleaning fee.
Smoking outside is permitted.
