"If we consider all 4-star hotels on the Galleria area, the Hyatt Regency is probably the worst. Beautiful lobby, nice cafe and great service/ personnel, but everything else is bad! The rooms are old and furniture peeling all over. The shower is actually a shower spray (no water pressure and too little water). The bed is not comfortable too. The pool is in a spot that doesn’t get sunlight all day (and horrible pool decoration). So, my last time here, definitely. "

"I had a bad first impression upon my arrival, as the front desk did not let me check-in two hours in advance (with a not full hotel), after 30h traveling without sleep. Anyway, Amberlyn (the manager) tried her best to make it up for me after it came to her knowledge and I even got a late check-out. As for the hotel, the Omni has one of the best common areas of hotels in Houston (very nice pool and gym)! On the other hand, the rooms are outdated. They are spacious and comfortable, but everything looks so old. Several hotels are switching to walk in showers (replacing bathtubs). The furniture is also very old. So, all and all, a good options, that can turn to a great one with some remodeling. Cheers"

"Tive uma experiência agradável durante minha estadia neste hotel. A localização é conveniente, com fácil acesso a pontos turísticos, restaurantes e transporte. As instalações são bem cuidadas, com quartos limpos, confortáveis e silenciosos, ideais para descansar após um dia cheio. O atendimento da equipe foi cordial e atencioso, sempre disposta a ajudar com informações ou necessidades durante a hospedagem. O café da manhã oferecido foi variado e saboroso, com opções que agradam a diferentes gostos. A limpeza dos ambientes comuns também merece destaque, assim como a segurança e organização do local. Em relação ao custo-benefício, considero justo pelos serviços prestados. Como sugestão de melhoria, poderia haver uma maior variedade de itens no frigobar ou opções adicionais de lazer no próprio hotel. Ainda assim, minha experiência foi bastante positiva e, com certeza, recomendaria este hotel para quem busca conforto, boa localização e um atendimento de qualidade."
