Próximo a bares e restaurantes à beira do canal (alguns deles em barcos) e a menos de 20 minutos a pé de alguns dos principais pontos turístico e da estação de trem. O apartamento é enorme, muito limpo e bem equipado. Ideal para famílias e executivos que vão passar mais tempo na cidade. O edifício não tem com recepção e coleta e entrega das chaves é feita por meio de um cofre eletrônico no hall de entrada. Tudo muito fácil e rápido."
