"The description of the hotel is not truth. It is not in galleria area. The area is unsafe, people were playing music loud without any restriction from one of the room. The park area was dirty and dark, unsafe area in general. They didn’t let me cancel the reservation when I saw the condition of the hotel. Really bad answer in the front desk nothing by phone too. Expedia didn’t solve nothing about this experience and I was charged with full price. There is not respect for the customer in this...

"The room tv was not working and the remote was the right one. The toilet paper had empty roll on it and less than 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper just sitting on top. 😖 The breakfast food at 7:30am was empty. I saw just two muffins and limited juices.😠 We ate breakfast elsewhere."
