"Razoável, o quarto era para pessoas com deficiência física, pouco funcional, cama muito mole, espaço mal distribuído, e chuveiro muito fraco, e mal posicionado! Tenho problema com rinite, portanto intolerância a carpetes!"

"O hotel era bastante confortável, com vários tipos de "amenities" para os hóspedes. Cama, lençois e travesseiros bastante confortáveis e de boa qualidade. As instalações não eram novas, mas eram agradáveis. O ponto principal era a localização, fácil de ir e vir do aeroporto (usando ônibus), no centro da cidade e foi bastante cômodo pra mim. Algo ruim é que Houston não possui mercados ou lojas ali em downtown, somente escritórios."

"I was travelling for a course @Houston, had a personal problem and couldn’t attend the event, I didn’t want a refund, just to postpone the reservation or get a future voucher to use in a upcoming opportunity (where obvioulsy I would book more nights) the hotel was irreductable, didn’t give me any option. I’ll never stay again in any Hyatt or Hyatt brand hotel in my life, and Will make sure everyone I know to become aware of how the hotel is sympathetic with its clients."
