Laundry facilities were clean and our clothes came out smelling fresh. We loved the rooftop hot tub, had great views and enjoyed scheduling a private visit. Nice touches with teddy robes, shower steamer, and rubber ducky. Great location for shopping and dining too, especially In Bocca al Lupo next door to the hotel. The staff was also really helpful...

"It was cozy and romantic. We're Alaskans, so like a cooler room to sleep in. The bedding was so generous we could open the screened windows all night, waking up to birds and the rising sun was beautiful. Our room was exceptionally private, and the provided snacks were a lovely treat. When we stay next time, we'll try the jetted tub!"
