"The property manager took an hour to communicate back with me after being locked out and given the incorrect access code in the booking. The phone number listed was a business number not open on the weekends. The host made me feel like I was stupid and at the wrong property. This is the worst experience I have ever had using a vacation property rental host. "

The stay was so much fun; two weeks later we're still talking about it and saying how much we miss the treehouse."
