"Very cozy and relaxing! The room itself very clean and felt like a little cabin, had everything we needed. Loved the full kitchen! We had a water view and it was just so beautiful and we spent some time right outside our room on the big deck just listening to the water and ducks/geese pass by. If we have to come back to the area again we will definitely be staying here!"

"The property itself is great. The staff was wonderful. The only problem was expedia has their room listings screwed up. I thought I had reserved a room with a separate bedroom since 1) pictures on expedia showed it that way, and 2) description on expedia said it had a separate bedroom. However, when I got there, the room that was actually booked was a Deluxe King, meaning just a larger room with a living area, but no separated living area with a door. "Hotel necessita de reformas. Banheira com vazamento, exaustor do banheiro barulhento demais. Embora tenha feito pre check-in o atendente não achava a minha reserva. Quarto sem privacidade nenhuma, janelas dão para a circulação interna do hotel. "

"The hotel was poorly staffed. The breakfast was not fully stocked and all hot options were cold. The person working in the kitchen complained to us that staff was not showing up to work, and she didnt have enough help. Our room was ok, but it was not that clean. Bathroom floor was not cleaned and there was dirt on on the moldings. The bed was ok. We will look for another hotel near Lansing next time."
