"Was checking in and didn’t receive the code for the parking garage, the parking garage code was different than the check in code. After event got back to stadium suite and the code worked to enter the building, once arrived at room the code was not working. Called support and was hung up on multiple times during late hours, was told they were going to call their maintenance person (at 12 am) after a concert. And all belongings were locked inside the room so didn’t have keys, or any other...

"We had no heat all day Sunday when it was single digits outside. I asked where the thermostat was at noon and got excuses all day. At 4:00 I sent a message saying that we'd give them one hour and then we'd have to leave as it was freezing cold. Finally, at 6 p.m. someone showed up to turn on the heat in the downstairs apartment where it had been turned off by the tenants who had moved out suddenly. "This is our second time staying here. The first was 2 years ago when it seems all the listing photos were taken. While things are still overall in good condition, I did notice a lot of wear and tear on the unit that has not been addressed. One of the dining chairs was broken in the laundry room. The washing machine made some struggling noises when used and when I cleaned the dryer lint trap it was WAY overfull. The bathroom had pink mold on the tile. Lots of scuff marks on the wall, and a fallen...

"The property is as described in the listing. It was quieter than we expected with a restaurant on the first floor and the occasional Amtrak train going by. The loft is bathed in beautiful natural light and we had a great view of the street and train depot. We appreciated the delicious local coffee that is on offer. A couple of observations. The condensation from the A\C unit produces a dripping sound that was at first alarming at 3:00 AM as we thought there was a leak. There was often the smell...
