"Very interesting place. The location was exceptional with Nauset Beach within walking distance along with Pricilla Landing. Room was nice, however, a dormer took up half of it which made that part of the room unusable except for a TV. I did not have my own bathroom, bath towels were not replaced and it also wasn’t cleaned. I did receive one set of towels if I put used ones out. "Very well appointed guest house with a comfortable bed and pleasant rooms, nicely designed and detailed. The breakfast room is separate and nice to spend time in. There is also an outdoor seating area with a fire pit. Ample breakfast was served and there is a selection of magazines and daily newspapers for perusal. I’ve stayed in many establishments in Ptown through the years and this is one of my favorites."
