"We stay at this particular hotel a lot when visiting family. We normally have no complaints. But our toilet seat was broken and not easy to go to the bathroom on, to be honest. We reported it to the front desk and was told the maintenance person was off till the following day. But the seat was never fixed. We were there for 3 days. We also only had one towel a piece for 3 days and no new towels were provided. I feel like if we are there more than a day or longer, we should be provided fresh...

"Lovely historic hotel. Great staff, friendly, helpful with all info regarding house and the town. Adequate continental breakfast and water bottles available, even after breakfast. Bathroom amenities included. Thanks, Frank and Cheryl!"

"Shower fixture was loose. Weird device to make it go from bath to shower. Tissue cover was rusty and speckled w something. VERY small containers of shampoo/rinse and thin, small soap bar that would break if used. Breakfast was basic, not much selection, coffee was too strong. Ended up going somewhere fir breakfast each day. Check-in took 20 mins due to computer issues, or something. Never again!"
