The people here are very friendly and we found a few places within walking distance that had great food and coffee. There are several great restaurants and grocery stores within short driving distance. We loved the easy access and communication with host was always on point. We will be back! "

Jacksonville can be a tricky place to navigate staying in a nice part of town, and this area is not only super new and upscale, but also pretty centrally located in such a big city. "What a lovely, relaxing stay!I was in town briefly visiting my son who is stationed nearby. The apartment is the perfect size and I’m the perfect location - close to so many restaurants and things to do!There is plenty of room to spread out and chill in between walks to the beach and local restaurants. Having a parking spot was a huge advantage. Mandy is the perfect host. She was super responsive and very focused me having a pleasant stay. I will stay here on my next trip down!"
