"Well decorated and clean. Comfy bed. Close to city attractions."

"Probably the nicest facility I have ever rented. Spotless in every way. Unique decor was fabulous. Seamless check in and departure. Will definitely look to book again."

"Excellent location. Great price for what you get. Only complaint is the metal bunk beds are a little noisy.Would stay here again."

"Very easy communication with host. There was a storm in area, power went out in area. Quick to solve and communication was amazing. Would recommend 100%!"

"The only issue we had was I didn’t realize there were three apartments. We kept trying to use the code for apartments A and B. It turned out we rented apartment C that you enter on the other side of the building. I messaged Kristina and she got right back to me to solve the problem."

"Great view of the train station and Mississippi River."

"This place was clean and newly renovated. It was so nice to be in town! We will stay here again!"

"Beautifully done space - will stay again if we are in the area!!"

"The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. It is in an older home but has been recently updated with just enough original parts left intact. We will stay here again."

"Easy to find and check in. The apartment was historic, and the art was beautiful. The place was clean, felt like home immediately, was well maintained, and kitchen and bathroom amenities were bountiful. Internet wifi was fast (I had to upload large video files and did so quickly). I appreciated the communication prior to check in, and the written instructions and local tips in the host's guide book. Downtown was a quick 8 minute walk and very safe for female traveling alone. "This is a wonderful place. It is a cozy but towering space. The loft has what feels like a secret cave into an even cozier space. There is a huge back deck overlooking a wonderful yard. Although this is a private apartment space in a large house holding multiple spaces, it felt like we were all alone. We loved it. Communication was friendly and simple. The hosts were very accomodating. We can't wait to come back :)"

"My stay at the Artist's Sweet Spot was excellent! Customer service from the hosts & owner was prompt. They got back to me quickly on all of my questions. Accessing the property was seamless too. I highly recommend this property!"

"The place was comfortable and clean and the AC worked great! There are a lot of stairs, if you can't do stairs will not be a good place."

"The VRBO is a large penthouse loft. The decor was modern, luxurious, and comfortable. The VRBO has a rooftop hot tub and outdoor game and relaxing space. We enjoyed the large walk in shower. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. Fairfield is an eclectic experience and this Penthouse is perfect. You'll enjoy your stay."
