"The staff, from the front counter personnel to the housekeeping personnel, were always friendly and courteous. The room was nice, and even though we didn’t need housekeeping during our stay it was offered via a slip we could have turned in by 11 AM on any day if we would have needed housekeeping. A lot nicer than a previous hotel we stayed at in French Lick, Indiana!"

"Everything was great except: I don't understand the flat sheet on the mattress, instead of a fitted sheet. I'm not a good sleeper as it is, but after tossing and turning all night, to wake up on a bare matress that hundreds of other people have done the same, was disgusting. USE A FITTED SHEET! And your valet needs work! That is the first and last impression of your hotel. They don't even offer to open doors for passengers as you pull up, a couple of them had zero personality.
