When we first arrived to our room it was unbearably cold with the thermostat set at 65. We set it to 78 in the hopes of warming it up. However after about 30 min the room temp only moved up one notch to 66. We then called front desk to see what could be done. They immediately offered us another room. Very accommodating on their part. The new room was already set at 75 which was a plus in our book. (Mind you that we didn’t check in until around 11pm that night and it was already cold outside). The room was very clean all around. The only complaint I have is the parking. The parking area for the hotel is very small. I’m guessing you could get 15-20 cars in there at best. Your only other parking options are meters on the street (which we did) or a paved lot on the corner (we witnessed a guy very upset that his vehicle had been broken into. His back window completely smashed out.) So other than the parking, the hotel and its staff were nice.
