I had to chase them several times before eventually getting a response while waiting to find out where I was staying. To make matters worse, the map pin was completely wrong, adding another 10 minutes' walk back past the apartment. Not a great start. Calling this a "Luxury Apartment" is laughable. "This flat is tucked away location means the good sized bedrooms are quiet. It's comfortable, well kitted out and spotlessly clean. Helpful friendly host. Easy to walk or get bus into Lanes etc."
