"When I arrived, they had put me in an upstairs room then when the check in staff noticed I wouldn't have been able to climb the stairs I got upgraded to a downstairs room to accommodate my disability which was hugely appreciated"

"The perfect place to stay after exploring the Yarra Valley. We use it as our base after a hard day of champagne drinking at Chandon! Nothing better than to come back to our room and unwind with a spa. Will always be our place to stay whenever visiting the region."

"Some of the old reviews had made us nervous about this place, but we were pleasantly surprised. The motel room had been "refreshed" and was clean with a good shower and comfortable bed. Good budget accommodation in a great location for shops and transport, but back from the highway, so quite and secure."
