"GOOD AFTERNOON, I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A HUGE COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS HOTEL, THE SERVICE, THE ROOMS, THE AMENITIES, THE CLEANING, BREAKFAST WAITING AND SERVICE, COFFE SHOP SERVICE... ALL OF IT, I STAYED ALMOST A WEEK HAD 3 ROOMS BOOKED AND WAS PAYING ALMOST 400USD PER ROOM IN VERY SMALL ROOMS AND WITH THE WORST SERVICE I COULD GET. MY GUESTS WERE SHOCKED, I ALWAYS STAY IN THIS HOTEL BUT WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED FOR THE AMOUNT I WAS PAYING I GOT THE SMALLEST ROOMS EVER, THE CLEANING WAS SO BAD THAT...

"We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate a special occasion, but unfortunately the experience did not justify the room category or price paid. Before arrival, the hotel informed us that we may receive a Grande Ocean View room upgrade and also confirmed a complimentary half-kg birthday cake. While we appreciate the gesture, the room did not feel like an upgraded or premium room. "Hotel is great. Mattress were a little hard and back hurt after sleeping on them. Have stayed there a few times and lived going to the beach but this time the beach was covered in trash completely. So hotel is good. I hope they remedy the trash on the beach. Loved swimming with friend last before."

"Both the room and the hotel could use a makeover. The friendliness of the staff and management made up for the deficiency in the hotel decor. Specially if one was too consider the cost for the superior room was just INR 6500. The room was spacious with a round table and two comfortable chairs. We stayed for 5 days and 2 of those days, we got some delicious dosas otherwise the breakfast was just meh."
