"GOOD AFTERNOON, I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A HUGE COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS HOTEL, THE SERVICE, THE ROOMS, THE AMENITIES, THE CLEANING, BREAKFAST WAITING AND SERVICE, COFFE SHOP SERVICE... ALL OF IT, I STAYED ALMOST A WEEK HAD 3 ROOMS BOOKED AND WAS PAYING ALMOST 400USD PER ROOM IN VERY SMALL ROOMS AND WITH THE WORST SERVICE I COULD GET. MY GUESTS WERE SHOCKED, I ALWAYS STAY IN THIS HOTEL BUT WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED FOR THE AMOUNT I WAS PAYING I GOT THE SMALLEST ROOMS EVER, THE CLEANING WAS SO BAD THAT...

"As always, food options for breakfast were great and the property was very well maintained. Rooms were spacious and clean and customer service was very prompt. Third time staying here and the consistency in quality and service was exceptional."

"Old rooms. Pool full of birds, smell is awfull. Breakfast is only local, no international kitchen. Service by staff is inflexible and stiff. After 8pm the place is a ghost town. No bar, no dinner opportunities. They ignore DND signs. "
