"We had a renovated room and it was spectacular! Michael called ahead of time telling us our room was ready to check in. When we arrived Michael was waiting for us and was very friendly. Our room was spotless and beautiful. We had a view of the ocean and the balcony made that view amazing. The motel is right down the street from the marina. There's plenty of coffee shops and pubs within steps of the motel. There is laundry on site and plenty of parking in the back lot. I will definitely stay here...

"We just spent 4 nights here in the triple room. The beds and pillows are comfy, the room was quiet, the staff was great. The location cant be beat, we are already talking about our next visit. The only thing i would have enjoyed would have been a comfy chair and footstool. "

"We love the Latch for so many reasons! Location = quiet (heard owls early this morning). History = it’s a unique structure and story. Hospitality = by FAR the best breakfast you will ever have included in your stay. Eggs Benny or omelet, the freshest, sweetest fruit, high quality bacon. The STAFF, go above and beyond in every way. And to top it all off, pets are welcome, a small dog park is nearby. Our dog gets pretty excited when she sees we are going to the Latch! "
