"Parking was easy and nearby. The room was mostly clean if not a little shabby…the couch. Flooring in bedroom did not match up to threshold in bathroom. Air conditioning worked but was very loud in the bedroom. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful…when they were there which was infrequent. Best attribute of the hotel was it’s proximity to downtown and especially the Spoonbill restaurant across the street."

"A van blocked the front entrance when I arrived. I mentioned it to the front desk person who responded, "I. know." That was exemplary of every interaction I had with her. There was an employee smoking at the entrance every time I went in and out. Nice cloud to walk through and the van was there when I left to have dinner much later. Breakfast was sparse. "Upon arrival i was taken aback. There was a tarp on the roof on signs of construction in the front yard. In order to get into the home you have to walk around the house to the back door. Upon entry there were signs of water damage in the ceiling. Fast forward l....had electricity upon check-in but after returning, about 5 hours later the electricity said look for me.....yeah not an ounce of electricity at the residence. The home could really use an update. Aside from the electrcity issue, i felt...

"Thermostat batteries dead in room. Room was freezing. Called front desk. He said we would have to wait til morning when maintenance got there. We said … I DONT THINK SO. He brought us some batteries and we opened up the thermostat and changed them ourselves. Left the empty pepper bottle out so they could refill. They did not. Did not leave more soap after cleaning the room. "
