"The check in process was very simple once I arrived, due to I was a bit nervous of the process. I sent several messages to the host and didn’t receive any response back. Once I arrived, it was a very easy process and was able to check in at 10:30AM"

"The hosts were very accommodating. This is a small, very clean studio that has its own bathroom. It is connected to the house with others living in the residence. The room is private. It also had its own area within the back yard for the dogs to use the restroom off leash. This was an excellent place to stay."

"Owner canceled on my group about 30 minutes before we got to Vegas. We were stuck looking for alternative hotel options on the Thursday before EDC. Owner claimed he double booked. I’m pretty sure he listed it on a different site and whoever paid more got the reservation. When questioned about this the owners response was pretty much too bad. Overall pretty scummy."
