"This hotel had the feel of an old 1980s hotel that had been poorly maintained over the years by the owners. The room was clean but on our second morning we weren't able to have a shower because the shower didn't work. The tap water was also like an oven while the beds were like rocks. Despite promising wi-fi this too was non-existent.
The staff were friendly and the breakfast was ok but during our stay there was always a feeling of what was going to go wrong next."

"The hotel is in a lovely spot, and the breakfast was really fresh, and lots of choice. The hotel itself definitely needs upgrading. It felt tired.
The rooms were also tired, clean enough, the bathroom had no lock on door and shower pressure was terrible. It was OK, bug dont think id stay again. Pitlochry itself is always fab, and really worth a visit."

"Lovely Loch view doubles. Big comfy bed. Traditional decorations old feel country house hotel with good spa-pool, steam and sauna. Breakfast included. Top gourmet restaurant and service, decent bar and bar snack offer also available. Good VFM overall in a stunning location overlooking Loch Rannoch."

"Moness was an excellent place for my family to stay. We had a corner suite with two bedrooms on the first floor, two bathrooms, and and a living room and kitchen on the second floor with a pull-out sofa bed. We weren't expecting a kitchen so that was really nice. There is a pretty trail nearby called the Birks of Aberfeldy and the town is walkable from Moness Resort. "Property had beautiful well maintained grounds and was a lovely setting. However this could be enjoyed without staying in the hotel.
Hotel breakfast area and bar were lovely and food standard was fine.
However room we stayed in was very small and not luxurious for the price paid. No extras and when pulling the twin beds apart the room hadn't been cleaned under the beds. Crumbs and a nut on the floor. The bath panel was rotting and slightly broken at the front as made of wood and assume the...
