The condo is 2,022 sq ft with Front Four Views of Mount Mansfield over looking the outdoor heated swimming pool. The unit is professionally cleaned on a regular basis and all bed linens & towels are sent out for commercial cleaning. The unit is one of only two in a quiet section of the 3rd floor where there are only 4 units total. The unit has a Master Bedroom upstairs which is about 500 square feet with an en suite bathroom. Balcony overlooking the swimming pool and views of Mt Mansfield. Downstairs there is a full kitchen with granite countertops, appliances include a refrigerator & freezer, gas stove/oven, dishwasher & microwave. Dining table that seats six with four other chairs at the breakfast bar. The living room has a new leather queen sleeper sofa, Large TV and a gas fireplace. The balcony overlooks the outdoor swimming pool and Mount Mansfield. The guest room has 2 queen size beds with a full closet. There is also a full bathroom in this area and a washer & dryer. Walk down a small hallway and enter the 3rd bedroom, This has a king size bed and en suite bathroom. There is a TV and mini refrigerator, a full size closet and a half closet. The room also has a balcony with views of Mt Mansfield looking out over the heated swimming pool. Daily housekeeping is not included however available upon request prior to arrival for an additional charge. Access to the fitness center is included for a daily fee. If you Valet Park your car you will be charged an extra fee per night by The Lodge at Spruce Peak. Another parking option is available
