"Great service from the entire hotel staff (check-in/check-out, breakfast, information, etc.). Good options and replenishment at breakfast, easy access and excellent location for a trip through South Dakota!"

"No cable tv, pool wasn't available to use. Flooring was dirty."

"Under remodel and they should put that up. Then to get a room without and tv which was fixed but then they continued beating on the walls well after 10 pm getting it fixed and had a 6 am flight. Dirty towels hanging up that smelt of cigarette smoke and only one towel for use in the room. Stayers beware"

"Surprisingly nice hotel - it would be perfect for people attending events at the monument. They have a very nice pool, breakfast was good and they offered a reception with drinks and popcorn at night including a cultural training from a Lakota gentleman. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The laundry on site was handy and the staff were super helpful as well. The gym is in the basement so we didn’t end up using that and the hot tub jets didn’t work."

"The property appears to be in the middle of some updates. However those didn’t seem to make it into the rooms themselves. The photos are deceiving. I ended changing rooms ones because of what appeared to be mold on the AC unit. The second room wasn’t much better. I found gum stuck to the bathroom vanity, toothpaste drips all down the front of the vanity, missing light bulbs and so much more. There was a strong sewer gas small in the hallways. "We arrived late in the evening, good location and decent rooms. We found out later that our bathroom tub was blocked so that was bit annoying."
