"I can’t say enough about our stay. The home was very clean, the bed, pillows and towels were all very nice. The best part is the location. Secluded with beautiful views gave our family just what we needed this week. Great selection of games, the fire pit was wonderful for roasting smores and the animals visiting the front lawn was a treat. Highly recommended if you are looking for peace and tranquility. "

"Can’t say enough good things! Don was communicative, the house was beautiful and there was plenty of room for everyone. The backyard was incredible and we had such a great time using the kayaks and relaxing under the gazebo. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with anything we could have needed. "My stay was uneventful. Nice property in a gorgeous neighborhood. The apartment is in the basement with quite a few stairs to go up and down but is cute and clean. There is a full kitch but you have to bring your own pans. No tv's in the bedroom which was ok with me because after being gone all day , all i wanted to do was go to sleep. I would recommend and stay again."

"The apartment is beautiful with the most attention to detail. We walked each night to the water/restaurants in Newburgh. Communication was quick and timely. We would love to stay here again. The area can get loud at times but we didn't feel unsafe."

"Unbelievable home and location! 15 minutes from Legoland NY and Castle Fun. We did not get to explore the downtown too much, but a drive through impressed us. Found a great pie shop 10 minutes away and some solid pizza. Back to the home...the pictures tell it all. Great host as well. Could use a few more larger frying pans for cooking, but otherwise very well-stocked! Could fit 3 families of 4 here no problem. Will be back!"

"It was a perfect house and town for me and my 8 friends to stay. We all had room, were able to work remotely on Friday and we had perfect weather. My only note is that we had planned on using the grill one of the nights but only realized when we got there that it was not set up. We also had wanted to us the canoe but could not seem to find the oars. All in all it was an incredible weekend at a beautiful home and we will DEFINITLEY be back!"
