"We had a great time staying at JF and Sue’s place! Such a serene location and well stocked with maps and guides for our time in Acadia. JF spent some lovely time with us showing around the property, telling us about the area, and teaching us how a lobster trap works! Would absolutely recommend again. "

"We had a great time in Lincolnville! The unit was wonderful, and the little touches really made it special, such as spare toiletries, beach chairs (and towels!), and a couple of decks of cards when we decided to call it a day a little early. "Amazing! Every detail of the post office was so well thought out! It felt like staying in a cozy house museum. We couldn’t believe the garden area either. My kids never wanted to leave- and are still asking when we can go back. (Just a note- my 3 year old did need to be carried on the stairs due to their ladder-like structure). The kayak access to local islands was also super cool- a very special experience. "

"We had a lovely stay in this beautiful place. The kitchen was well-stocked and had the space and all the tools we needed to cook our meals. The location is perfect, on the quiet side of the island but across the street from a pebble beach and only a half mile to the cute town of Southwest Harbor, with a grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, art galleries, gift shops and a bakery. It’s an easy drive to some amazing hikes. Perfect for a couple’s getaway!"
