"Had high expectations for this stay, first the good, staff, and I mean the single concierge on property was very kind, helpful and super courteous. Our complaint is with the room itself, it’s not well appointed, the bed sheets and pillows are OK but the bed is worn out and stiff ( you can feel the springs).
