"Had a wonderful stay at the Walden. Found the cabin to be neat and clean. Check in process was simple with lock box and code provided just prior to arrival. The location feels secluded although there are neighbors you can’t see them and rarely hear them. The private spot on the river is perfect for fishing, floating and wading. Can’t wait to go back. "

"This stay was perfection. The photos are exactly what you get on arrival. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the instructions were clear, check-out expectations were fair and basic, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We used the hot tub, grill and fire pit - and all were great. We stayed for three nights and could have easily - and happily - stayed for many more."

"Lovely large cabin in the woods. Good view of the mountain across the way. The stars are very bright and beautiful at night. The cabin itself was well furnished for our large group. We especially appreciated the pool table and the numerous balconies. The kitchen was well stocked with various utensils. Not far from Luray if you need supplies."

"The name of the cabin fits it perfectly! It is very private in the woods. The view of the forest cannot be beat. Check in was very easy and kitchen is well stocked. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Our visit was during some extremely hot weather and the house stayed nice and cool despite the heat outside. "Honestly, I was most pumped about having a pool and a hot tub for our little getaway, but once we arrived I couldn't believe the cabin size, cleanliness, vibe, views, decor - it was just perfect. There were only two of us and our two doggos, so we didn't *need* that much space, but it was just beautiful and serene, equipped with anything you need, and felt on top of the world so to speak/literally lol. "My partner and I had a great stay here. The place was exactly as described and very clean. We loved relaxing outside and taking in the beautiful scenery. The location was directly between the towns of Luray and Fort Royal so there was always a good spot to go for a bite to eat. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area."

"Great place for family getaway. My family loved the house and the neighborhood. Deers were visiting the property everyday. Few small issues that were take care of by the host right away. Realy appreciated great communication."
