"Rooms have stench, might be the carpet. "

"We had a family get together here for my son’s birthday so we had two rooms. Rooms were very clean, big, and comfortable. The pool was comfortable (I get cold really easy in pools), so it wasn’t the warmest but I lasted an hour or so. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. "

"Pool area is small and enclosed, the chlorine was intense, I had to step out twice while my kids were swimming because my eyes were burning. Our room did not have enough towels, I called the front desk to ask for more, they were kind of rude about it and I had to leave my kids in the room and go to the front desk to get more even though two people were at the front desk, and they were just standing talking to each other. Other than that it was good, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast...

Comfy room and bed, shower was great, minimal noise/disruptions, TV had personal streaming options and had a swivel feature, nice late checkout time of 12pm it was nice to not have to rush out and just take our time in the morning. Close to lots of shops and restaurants. No complaints, would stay again! "

"We checked in at 11:45 PM, unpacked and got ready for bed. Then looked up at the ceiling and there was a spider right over one of the beds. We called staff to take care of it. I guess they aren't prepared for things like this because the staff person tried to knock it down, which was a mistake on his part, and then it was running around under the bed as he said. "Al the food, kitchen and sitting areas in the hotel were great. Our family's were able to meet and visit in the lobby area. The only issue was the elevator broke down over the weekend. "
