We offer a spacious vacation apartment including a sauna and floor heating in the basement of a freestanding family house. At the moment the place is being renovated but from the 18.11.2016 on it is available for rent.
It is a bright, welcoming and beautifully furnished accommodation with two bedrooms - one providing a double bed and the other two single beds. Further, you can expect a big living room with a sofa bed (expandable to 140x200cm), an integrated white IKEA kitchen and a Sauna (for which we charge 10 Euros/day independent of the number of guests).
The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, a shower and a bathtub and there is a separate WC. In the laundry room you can find a washing machine, dryer and an ironing station.
From the living room you can access your private terrace (30 square meters). Smoking is allowed on the terrace but not in the apartment.
On top of that, a flat screen, radio, a fixed telephone and WIFI is provided. All the windows have electric shutters. In case you bring bikes you can put them in the garage.
The apartment is situated in the more that 700 years old Venwegen, close to Stolberg and the national park “Eifel im Dreiländereck”, the border triangle of Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands. Moreover, it is only 80km away from the border of Luxemburg, 150 km from Brussels, 50 km from Maastricht, 80km from Cologne, 90km from Düsseldorf. These destinations are therefore worth a day trip. Even Paris is not too far (420km).
In Aachen there is the starting point of the 130km long “Vennbahnweg”, a hike that offers beautiful tours especially for cyclists.
