"Exuma Summit House is outstanding, with great indoor and outdoor amenities. Arrival was great, we arrived 4 hours before check in and put our bags in the house while the cleaning crew spruced up the home. Then we spent the next few hours swimming in the pool and utilizing the outdoor bathrooms, changing room, and two outdoor showers with hot and cold water. "The people were so kind, but the property was so bad. It is very old and worn. It is on a nice stretch of beach but it is littered with trash, broken chairs, tires, etc. I feel bad leaving this review, but it didn't have to be like this. Old is ok if it is clean and cared for. This property was not."
