Steamboat has expanded and updated the ski area with all new lifts and the longest and fastest gondola in North America! The new base has a skating rink during ski season, and a big lawn during the summer - and so many great places to hang out. Steamboat has been our family’s favorite destination for 20 years - we hope it’s yours too! Live music is a staple at Steamboat - look at the calendar for all the music festivals coming soon. There is a new area of the ski resort too and it’s incredible.

The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful, and a very quick walk to Wild Plum for some shopping, to several restaurants and to the Steamboat base. I love the big trees with the year round lights, and the creek right by the complex.

There is dedicated underground parking for 1 spot, with an elevator that goes directly to the front door. There is also street parking right outside the unit, so there is plenty of room for your group. During ski season there’s a ski loop shuttle in case you’d rather be shuttled right to the base and not carry your gear. The complex includes a workout room, a big heated pool and hot tub. The unit has all new Cafe and Monogram appliances, and we’ve added air conditioning for those warmer months as well.
