You will enjoy comfort and convenience at this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom slopeside condominium at Chateau Chamonix. Our open plan living room has vaulted ceilings, offering excellent views of the ski resort from the large L-shape sofa. The living room boasts access to the private balcony, a gas fireplace and a flat screen TV. Dining is a breeze, with a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table with seating for 6, plus 3 more at the breakfast bar. The primary bedroom features a king bed, another separate, private balcony, and en suite primary bathroom with double sink vanity, walk-in shower and jetted tub. The second bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom, and the third bedroom has two bunk beds, with the third bathroom located across the hall. The living room sofa is a pull out if needed. All of the bedrooms feature flat screen TVs with DVD players, as well as ceiling fans. The full size washer and dryer is great for any dirty laundry, and the storage cubbies in the large entryway will keep all your gear organized.

Staying at Chateau Chamonix means great property amenities including a fitness center, sauna, year round indoor/outdoor heated pool plus hot tubs for your enjoyment after a day on the slopes. Ski storage and boot drying allows you to store your gear outside of the condo, plus you will have access to a cozy fire pit slope side to chat around winter or summer. There are common spaces for lounging on the various decks complete with gas grills to cook up some easy meals. A quick walk takes you to all the restaurants, shopping and the super convenient Wild Plum market in or near the base area. *** Please Note: Guests staying in our condo do not have access to the shuttle or the front desk. You are a short walk away from the Gondola Transit Center and the free bus system.

Exciting Updates Coming for Ski Season 2026!
Sand Mountain is getting a beautiful refresh this fall! Renovations scheduled for Fall 2026 include a fully remodeled kitchen with new cabinets and countertops, new flooring throughout the main living area and primary bedroom, all-new living room, dining room, and primary bedroom furniture, plus updated décor throughout the home. The renovation will be completed just in time for the 2026–2027 ski season, and new photos will be added as soon as the project is complete.

If you are visiting for Triple Crown, Soccer, Lacrosse or visiting any other sports, whether for adults or kids, please select another one of our great properties. Sorry about that!

Parking is not assigned, in a parking lot, some covered spots available. 1 parking pass will be inside the unit. No RV's or Trailers allowed!!

**Due to insurance regulations, gas grills are no longer allowed at this property. However, a communal grill is available for guests to use during their stay.**

Air Conditioning: Please note that this property does NOT have air conditioning. Steamboat Springs typically has cool evenings, and opening the windows at night and closing them during the day helps keep the home comfortable. By booking this property, guests acknowledge that air conditioning is not provided.

As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
