With two inviting living areas, air conditioning, in-floor heating, and a spacious master suite located on its own floor, this property is designed for relaxation and family gatherings. Enjoy cozy movie nights in the family room, complete with a gas fireplace. Others can spread out and relax in the other living room after a day of adventure. This home is dog-friendly as well so you can bring your pets along for the family fun!

Just a short 4-minute drive takes you to downtown Steamboat Springs, where you can explore a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. For winter sports enthusiasts, the base of Steamboat Ski Resort is only 2.4 miles away, ensuring easy access to thrilling days on the slopes.

In the warmer months, immerse yourself in nature at the nearby Yampa River Botanic Park or embark on a scenic hike to Fish Creek Falls, located just 4.2 miles from your doorstep. This family-friendly home is equipped with all the amenities you need, including WiFi, cable, and a washer/dryer, making it the ideal base for your mountain adventures. There is parking for 3 vehicles, two spots in the garage for one small and one large car and one additional spot outside. Wonderful Vacation Getaway!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the Choice Mountain Home, saw 2 bears in the backyard! So clean, with every amenity. Perfect location between downtown and the ski mountain. Loved having the garage! Only downside was cooling the top floor master (mid 80's during our trip), but was ok with fans and closing everything during the afternoon. We will definitely stay again.

Great weekend

Just as described. Very easy check in. Good location. Great views of the adjacent green space. Spare propane tank for grill (we didn’t need it) just in case. Kitchen appropriately outfitted. Nice that there are two physically separated living spaces.

Steamboat Stay

Great place to stay in Steamboat. Beautiful view off back balcony! Perfect place for families. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation Getaway!

Loved the Choice Mountain Home, saw 2 bears in the backyard! So clean, with every amenity. Perfect location between downtown and the ski mountain. Loved having the garage! Only downside was cooling the top floor master (mid 80`s during our trip), but was ok with fans and closing everything during the afternoon. We will definitely stay again. Easy, comfortable, spacious

We stayed for a week while the kids were doing remote school and adults were WFH. The internet supported us all and the spaces were ample for the four of us to spread out and not interfere with each other. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-enough stocked. Having the garage to park in was great!

Nice mountain home in steamboat

Great size mountain home with beautiful views and amenities. Multiple living spaces are nice for different group activities. Very easy drive to downtown steamboat and ski resort. Available parking in garage is a huge plus in winter months. Only less than desirable thing of our stay was that trash was left in the garage which left an odor but the property manager rectified the situation in a timely manner which was great and we didn’t have any issues after that!

The location and views from the bedroom and living room were great!The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need toprepare meals. We loved that it has 3 levels which is great for larger groups. The most amazing part was waking up to the most incredible view as the master bedroom has big windows.Will stay here again! Great Rental

This place was great, the amount of space, rooms and views were to die for. The only complaint was the lack of bus transportation to and from the mountain. Had to either walk about .75 miles to the stop or walk .25 miles get on the bus and transfer. Overall I loved the place, everything you needed and more there.

Great Location

This property was fantastic for our small group of friends. Quick drive up to the mountain, and close to nightlife in town. Everything was in working order, clean, and basic amenities provided for. Will rebook if available in years to come.
